scheduling experiments:
Researchers may reserve the Xlab up to 15-hours per month, this includes set up and experiment time. Provide experiment date(s) and time(s), and we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule request. A ten business-day lead time is required to sufficiently plan technology requirements, recruit and schedule your experiment.
Please follow the steps below to schedule any experiment:

Each experiment is different and each researcher's needs will be different. Brenda will outline a course of action with you that is a custom fit for your project.
Brenda will also tell you what tools you need, what forms are required, and how you personally can make the best use of the resources on this web site.
STEP TWO: The Xlab calendar is available on line. Please use this site to see what times are available for your experiment/s.
Xlab hours are:
Mondays and Thursdays 11:15am-5:00pm
Tuesdays and Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm
Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays CLOSED
STEP THREE: Download and complete the <XLAB EXPERIMENT REQUEST >.
STEP FOUR: Submit your experiment schedule request form to Xlab Administrator Brenda Naputi <naputi@haas.berkeley.edu>. Your experiment will be added to the Xlab calendar.
